Biography
Dr. Anthony Buffone is Chair of the Organizational Leadership, Learning and Innovation Doctoral Program (OLI) and an Assistant Professor at 黑洞社区 as well as being a member of the Human Subjects Review Committee (HSRC).
Dr. Buffone holds a Doctorate of Human Resource Development from the George Washington's University's Department of Human & Organizational Learning. He considers himself a life-long learner, and his research focuses on how hybrid identity organizations manage strategic change. His graduate degree is in Adult & Organizational Development and undergraduate degree in Psychology, both earned at Temple University.
Prior to coming to 黑洞社区, Dr. Buffone spent nearly three decades working with some of the largest voluntary health organizations in the world. As both a member of these organizations and later President of his own firm, Strategic Identity Consulting, LLC, he has developed some of the world's most exciting peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns which have generated over a quarter of a billion dollars for their missions. His unique approach focuses on fully understanding an organization's identity in order to match the right strategies to achieve their vision. Known nationally for his understanding of organizational best practices, he combines theory and practice with a systematic style in order to apply them to real life scenarios.
